After Speaking to Sheronda and calculating various factors, we have decided that the BBQ would best be held at Bloch Park. The Times for the BBQ will be from 10-3. The following were factored into our deciscion: Location, Availability of Playground equipment, Room, Setup area, and cooking area. We will need volunteers to help do the cooking on this day Saturday thd 21st of Oct.
They have a pavilion in the back that you can get a key for for only $5. When you return the key you get the $5 back. If it is available that weekend we wouldn't have to worry about first come first serve. They have a big grill & tables and restrooms back there too. Let me know if you want me to call and reserve it.
I spoke to them about that, the only concern I had was a play area for the children. I would prefer to just get there early and have a place for the children to play.
